Daily Workout

I'll explain a little more of what I'm doing later, but I'm heading to the gym this morning with this verse in mind:

Luke 9:23- And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

Looking to have less of me today, more of others.
