Daily Workout

Going to the gym with this verse in mind--

"Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!"- Psalm 105:4

Today is Chest and Back Day.

All Sets on Descending Reps 12,10,8,6

-Chest Flies
-Dumb Bell Press
-Decline Press
-Bench Press

-Shoulder Shrugs

-Back Rows
-Lat Press
-Back Extensions

Abs- 50 leg lifts, 50 dangling leg raises, 50 crunches, 50 decline sit ups

30 minutes of treadmill running.
